So get ready to haul out the holly and the Christmas movie marathon begin! Don’t miss a movie with the 2024 Hallmark Christmas Movie schedule checklist free printable below.

With 47 brand new Hallmark Christmas movies for 2024 (31 on Hallmark Channel, 9 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and 7 exclusive releases for Hallmark+), it’s time for all of the Christmas season fun. Watching all 47 is a huge undertaking, but by starting in October – before Halloween – it CAN be done. Who’s with me?!

If you LOVE Christmas movies, I’ve got you covered. I have Christmas movie checklists for Great American Family Christmas, Lifetime (coming soon) and UPtv (coming soon) too.

Hallmark Christmas Movie 2024 Schedule Checklist – Free Printable

Hallmark Christmas Movies Premiere Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

In 2024, Hallmark Christmas movies will premiere on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from October 18 through December 21. The 47 new movies are available across all three of Hallmark’s channels – Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries and Hallmark+. That’s right, this year Hallmark+ (the streaming platform gets 7 exclusive movies ). That’s five more new Hallmark Christmas movies from last year, and here is when you can watch movie premieres on each channel:

  • Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas’s 31 new movies premiere on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights starting October 18 at 8 pm EST/PST with a special premiere on Thanksgiving (November 28) followed by two nights of double features airing at 6 and 8 pm EST/PST during Thanksgiving week.
  • Hallmark Movies and Mysteries Miracles of Christmas’s 9 new movies premiere on Thursday nights starting October 26 at 8 pm EST/PST (except Thanksgiving week when it premieres on Wednesday).
  • Hallmark+’s Movies & Mistletoe’s 7 new movies premiere on Thursday nights at 8 pm EST/PST. These exclusive new movies include three new follow-ups to Christmas on Cherry Lane and a new four-movie franchise Unwrapping Christmas.

Why Does The Christmas Movie Checklist End In Mid December?

One of the most common questions I get asked is why the Christmas movies on my checklist end in mid-December. That’s because the checklist includes the premiere nights for 47 movies, and the premieres end on December 21. But don’t worry, there will still be Christmas movies on all season. This year’s new Christmas movies and favorites from years’ past will continue to rerun on the Hallmark channels throughout the holiday season. As always that means that if you miss a premiere night, you can catch it later in the season.

***Important information . This will be an evolving printable. Hallmark likes to change things up as the season wears on – changing titles and moving dates. It happens every year. So, if you discover your checklist seems a bit off, check back here, and I will have an update for you. That said, if you want to use the same checklist all season, this list will be close just expect a few adjustments. ***

How To Watch Hallmark Christmas Movies

We got rid of cable years ago, which means watching Hallmark Christmas movies can be a challenge. But there are options for streaming Hallmark Christmas movies. If you don’t have cable to watch your Hallmark movies, you can watch via these streaming services.

  • Frndly TV – Frndly TV is a streaming service that offers 40 family-friendly channels including Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama. With Frndly TV, you’ll be able to watch all the new releases as they air on cable, plus shows on-demand, so you can binge-watch some of your favorite Hallmark movies all season long for $6.99 a month. Frndly TV works with Apple, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast, and you can cancel your subscription anytime. (This is the service I have used for the past two years and already have set up for this year.) Want to see if Frndly TV works for you, try the FREE 7-day trial.
  • Sling TV, AT&T TV, Philo – If you already use Sling TV, AT&T TV or Philo for your streaming service, just add Hallmark Channels to your current package so you can watch Hallmark movies in real time. On Sling TV the Lifestyles package includes Hallmark Channel for $6 a month.
  • Hallmark+ – If you want to watch the seven exclusive new Christmas movies on Hallmark+, you will also need a subscription (or a 7-day free trial) to catch those exclusives. I’ve included a note about which of the 2024 Hallmark Channel Christmas movies will stream on Hallmark+ and when they will arrive in the movie descriptions at the bottom of this post. (Don’t forget, not all Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries Christmas movies will be available streaming on Hallmark+, so if you want to see them all, you will need one of the other services above.)

Hallmark Christmas Movie Activities

Play along as you watch your favorite Hallmark Christmas movies with my Hallmark Christmas BINGO game. If you watch Hallmark Christmas Movie alone, you can make it a silly challenge to take a sip of hot cocoa each time you find a BINGO square or take a bite of a Christmas cookie.

If you host a Hallmark Christmas movie-watching party, you can pass out BINGO sheets to your guests and see who gets BINGO first. (Don’t worry, it won’t take long!)

The Hallmark Christmas Movie BINGO is now available. You can also find it in my Etsy Shop if you don’t want to join the list.

Hallmark Christmas Movie Checklist 2024

Hallmark Christmas Movie Schedule Checklist free printable includes all 47 movies. Most movies premiere at 8 pm with a few nights of back-to-back features on Hallmark Channel at 6 pm and 8 pm EST/PST. If you plan to accomplish the whole list, you will need double checkmarks in box on double feature nights – perhaps red and green pens are in order. (ALL TIMES ARE LISTED IN EST/PST.)

Of course, my problem will be getting sucked into movies from other years that are either favorites or ones I’ve missed. Ahhh so many movies, so little holiday season. It’s a good thing we get to kick off our movie-watching in October.

Let’s get our cozy ‘jamies on and curl up for some Hallmark Christmas Movies!

Don’t want to sign up for my newsletter to receive the free printable? I have a slightly different version available in my Etsy Shop. Central and Mountain timezones are also available in the Etsy shop.

If you want all four movie checklists (Hallmark, Lifetime, GAF and UPtv) and don’t want to sign up for each, you can also find a bundle in my Etsy Shop with all four checklists. Use the coupon code SAVE10 to save 10% off all orders from my Etsy Shop just for reading my blog.
