Love LIFETIME Christmas movies too? Grab the Lifetime Christmas Movies Checklist. And new this year, I made a Great American Family Christmas checklist too!
With 40 brand new Hallmark Christmas movies for 2022 (31 on Hallmark Channel and 9 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries), it’s time for all of the Christmas season fun. Watching all 40 is a huge undertaking, but by starting in October – before Halloween – it CAN be done. Who’s with me?!
Hallmark Christmas Movies Premiere Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Once again Hallmark Channel and Movies and Mysteries is premiering *most* new movies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from October 21 through December 17. The exception is Thanksgiving weekend when movies on the Hallmark Channel start on Thursday night with triple-hitters on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 6 pm, 8 pm and 10 pm EST.
***Important information you need to know. This will be an evolving printable. Hallmark likes to change things up as the season wears on – changing titles and moving dates. It happens every year. So, if you discover your checklist seems a bit off, check back here, I will have an update for you. That said, if you want to use the same checklist all season, this list will be close just expect a few adjustments. ***
How To Watch Hallmark Christmas Movies
We got rid of cable years ago, which means watching Hallmark Christmas movies can be a challenge. But there are options for streaming Hallmark Christmas movies. If you don’t have cable to watch your Hallmark movies, you can watch via these streaming services.
- Frndly TV – Frndly TV is a streaming service that offers 40 family-friendly channels including Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama. With Frndly TV, you’ll be able to watch all the new releases as they air on cable, plus shows on-demand, so you can binge-watch some of your favorite Hallmark movies all season long for $6.99 a month. Frndly TV works with Apple, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast, and you can cancel your subscription anytime. (This is the service I have used for the past two years and already have set up for this year.) Want to see if Frndly TV works for you, try the FREE 7-day trial.
- Sling TV, AT&T TV, Philo – If you already use Sling TV, AT&T TV or Philo for your streaming service, just add Hallmark Channels to your current package so you can watch Hallmark movies in real time. On Sling TV the Lifestyles package includes Hallmark Channel for $6 a month.
Hallmark Christmas Movie Activities
Last year, I made a fun BINGO game to go along with my Hallmark Christmas Movie watching. If you watch Hallmark Christmas Movie alone, you can make it a silly challenge to take a sip of hot cocoa each time you find a BINGO square or take a bite of a Christmas cookie.
If you host a Hallmark Christmas Movie watching party, you can pass out BINGO sheets to your guests and see who gets BINGO first. (Don’t worry, it won’t take long!)
The Hallmark Christmas Movie BINGO is now available. You can also find it in my Etsy shop if you don’t want to join the list.
Hallmark Christmas Movie Checklist 2022
Hallmark Christmas Movie Schedule Checklist free printable includes all 40 movies. The movies listed at 6 pm and 8 pm are the Hallmark Channel movies and the movies listed at 10 pm are those airing on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. If you plan to accomplish the whole list, you will need double checkmarks in each box – perhaps red and green pens are in order. (ALL TIMES ARE LISTED IN EST/PST.)
Of course, my problem will be getting sucked into movies from other years that are either favorites or ones I’ve missed. Ahhh so many movies, so little holiday season. It’s a good thing we get to kick off our movie watching in October.
Let’s get our cozy ‘jamies on and curl up for some Hallmark Christmas Movies!
Don’t want to sign up for my newsletter to receive the free printable? I have a slightly different version available in my Etsy Shop. Central and Mountain timezones are also available in the Etsy shop.

Hey Jen,
I found your Hallmark Christmas movie checklist, and I was wondering if you had plans or time to make a full list of all the Christmas movies in one checklist, rather than having multiple lists to review each day to see what is on and to DVR them.
I am talking about Hallmark, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, Lifetime, UPtv, Great American Family Channel and ION tv.
Again just asking. I know People.com made one last year but it was posted the day the movies started.
Also, I would be into just the list, no plot description or who is in it necessary.
Thank you
Kurt
Hi Kurt – In my head, that is the goal, but it’s a lot of work. So I can’t promise it will happen. Lifetime, for example, hasn’t even announced it’s schedule beyond the first day. Stay tuned…
Where is thr Checklist? Is there a link or something?
There is a large box in the upper part of the post – before all of the movie descriptions. It says GET THE HALLMARK CHRISTMAS MOVIES LIST. Enter your name and email address, this will add you to the list and the PDF will be emailed to you immediantly.
Thank you
Curious as to why there isn’t just a simple Print button. All these, PDF click here to print, Print Fast Online, Wave Browser. I really dont want to download all these other programs to print something. Is there a reason there isnt just a PRINT button, since you are saying here is a list?
Shauna
You don’t have to download anything. All you have to do is enter your email in the box that says GET THE HALLMARK CHRISTMAS MOVIE LIST. You will be added to the list and the PDF will be emailed to you immediately.
