I had an absolute blast creating my daughter’s Toy Story birthday party. It is such a fun theme, and there are so many ways to go with it. One of the most requested things since posting the party a year ago is my Mr and Mrs Potato Head craft. If you are throwing a Toy Story party, you are going to love this craft because it is super easy and the results are adorable.

Instead of two pages with all of the parts to trace, I created four pages to print directly onto colored construction paper. So print all of the bodies directly onto brown paper, and just cut them out. Print all of the parts that are ultimately white directly onto white construction paper, and then cut them out.
I saved you so much time, I just wish I thought of it before I traced all of those parts. (I actually thought of it about half way through, and cut my time in half. But I wish I did so from the beginning!)
The only exception is that you can’t really print on black paper. So you will have to print the one for black paper on regular paper, cut and trace it onto black paper. Oh well.

Mr And Mrs Potato Head Printable Parts
Each page prints enough to make one Mr and Mrs Potato Head. If making for a party of 10, you will need to print 10 of each. I used this construction paper and glue sticks.

Depending on your printer, you may find construction paper too wide for your printer. Just trim it to an 8 1/2 x 11 before printing.
After cutting out all of the parts, I went ahead and glue the pupils onto the eyes because they were so small. Then I bagged up all of the parts necessary for each Mr and Mrs Potato Head pair. On the day of the party, I set out the bags, glue sticks and yellow paper.
The kids had a great time assembling their Potato Heads and in true Mr and Mrs Potato Head fashion, the body parts were all over the place.
Make sure you have a real Mr and Mrs Potato Head couple on hand for inspiration. A good price on the Mr. here and Mrs. here.

Don’t miss all of my Toy Story Birthday Party Ideas

Hi. On the pink page, you should print 2 sets of ears for both Mr. and Mrs. Other than that, it’s been a great time saver! Thank you very much!
Thanks so much for these templates! They are awesome!
Just a note on the pieces on black paper. If you go into Adobe under Edit>Prefereces>Accessibility and click on replace color and change the text color to white on gray background you can print on the black construction paper. I gave it a try and it worked so hopefully it will help you all out.
Thanks again!
Thanks for the tip! I’ve never tried that!
