The most wonderful time of the year is celebrating 16 years of Hallmark Christmas Movies! The merriment begins October 17, 2025 with 24 new Christmas movies, two new series, and plenty of familiar favorites. So get ready to haul out the holly and the Christmas movie marathon begin! Don’t miss a movie with the 2025 Hallmark Christmas Movie schedule checklist free printable below.
This year’s Countdown to Christmas lineup is scaled back from to 47 movies last year, but it does include two new series on Fridays – Mistletoe Murders (2 seasons) and 12 Dates ‘Til Christmas – and the reality shows Finding Mr. Christmas and Baked with Love: Holiday on Mondays. Read Set Glow will also return with a new episodes beginging Monday 12/22. So there is still a lot of original Christmas programing coming your way even before Halloween.
NOTE – I NEVER NEVER NEVER ask for a credit card on this website. (If you want to pay me for my work, I do sell on Etsy!) If you click on something that says “download” or asks for a credit card, that’s a third-party ad, not me. Look for the grey box that asks for your email. That’s it!
If you LOVE Christmas movies, I’ve got you covered. I have Christmas movie checklists for Great American Family Christmas, Lifetime (coming soon) and UPtv too.

Why Does The Christmas Movie Checklist End In Mid December?
One of the most common questions I get asked is why the Christmas movies on my checklist end in mid-December. That’s because the checklist includes the premiere nights for 24 movies, and the premieres end on December 21. But don’t worry, there will still be Christmas movies on all season. This year’s new Christmas movies and favorites from years’ past will continue to rerun on the Hallmark channels throughout the holiday season. As always that means that if you miss a premiere night, you can catch it later in the season.
***Important information . This will be an evolving printable. Hallmark likes to change things up as the season wears on – changing titles and moving dates. It happens every year. So, if you discover your checklist seems a bit off, check back here, and I will have an update for you. That said, if you want to use the same checklist all season, this list will be close just expect a few adjustments. ***
How To Watch Hallmark Christmas Movies
We got rid of cable years ago, which means watching Hallmark Christmas movies can be a challenge. But there are options for streaming Hallmark Christmas movies. If you don’t have cable to watch your Hallmark movies, you can watch via these streaming services.
- Frndly TV – Frndly TV is a streaming service that offers 40 family-friendly channels including Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama. With Frndly TV, you’ll be able to watch all the new releases as they air on cable, plus shows on-demand, so you can binge-watch some of your favorite Hallmark movies all season long for $6.99 a month. Frndly TV works with Apple, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Chromecast, and you can cancel your subscription anytime. (This is the service I have used for the past two years and already have set up for this year.) Want to see if Frndly TV works for you, try the FREE 7-day trial.
- YouTubeTV –
- Sling TV, DIRECTV, Philo – If you already use Sling TV, DIRECTV or Philo for your streaming service, just add Hallmark Channels to your current package so you can watch Hallmark movies in real time. On Sling TV the Lifestyles package includes Hallmark Channel for $6 a month.
- Hallmark+ – Hallmark+ is Hallmark’s streaming service, and if you don’t mind watching the movies the day after they premiere on cable, you can watch them all on Hallmark+ for $7.99 per month.
Note: Peacock’s streaming deal with Hallmark ended in 2024, so 2025 movies will not be available there.
Hallmark Christmas Movie Activities
Play along as you watch your favorite Hallmark Christmas movies with my Hallmark Christmas BINGO game. If you watch Hallmark Christmas Movie alone, you can make it a silly challenge to take a sip of hot cocoa each time you find a BINGO square or take a bite of a Christmas cookie.
If you host a Hallmark Christmas movie-watching party, you can pass out BINGO sheets to your guests and see who gets BINGO first. (Don’t worry, it won’t take long!)
The Hallmark Christmas Movie BINGO is now available. You can also find it in my Etsy Shop if you don’t want to join the list.

Hallmark Christmas Movie Checklist 2025
Hallmark Christmas Movie Schedule Checklist free printable includes all 24 movies and Series Premieres. Most movies premiere at 8 pm EST/PST unless otherwise noted. If you plan to accomplish the whole list, you will need double checkmarks in box on double feature nights – perhaps red and green pens are in order. (ALL TIMES ARE LISTED IN EST/PST.)
Of course, my problem will be getting sucked into movies from other years that are either favorites or ones I’ve missed. Ahhh so many movies, so little holiday season. It’s a good thing we get to kick off our movie-watching in October.
Let’s get our cozy ‘jamies on and curl up for some Hallmark Christmas Movies!
Don’t want to sign up for my newsletter to receive the free printable? I have a slightly different version available in my Etsy Shop. Central and Mountain timezones are also available in the Etsy shop.

Hi,
Thanks for providing all the things you do. I’ve been on your mailing list several years now, and I always enjoy getting them.
I’m sure somebody has made you aware by now, but your link to the Lifetime Printable is for the 2024, not 2025, Christmas Movie Checklist. Just thought you might wanna look into that.
Thanks. I meant to delete that link. 😉 Lifetime hasn’t released the 2025 list yet, but I will have it up as soon as I can!
So excited for another Christmas movie season. Thank you!
Me too!!! You’re welcome.
Thank you so much for all of your content! I was wondering if you could make a separate posting for all of the re-air dates for only the 2025 new Christmas countdown movies? Thank you!
