This is my fourth year hosting a Thanksgiving dinner that has ranged from 20 guests to 50, so I know there’s a lot of planning that goes into this process.
Since I’m not much of a cook, I’m a big plan of a potluck-style Thanksgiving, which means in addition to keeping track of a guest headcount I also have to make sure the menu is covered.
