Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

I LOVE BUFFALO SAUCE! There, I said it. If it can be smothered in buffalo sauce, I’ll eat it. But it wasn’t always that way. Prior to being pregnant with my second child, I didn’t like anything spicy, ever. Wouldn’t touch the stuff. But somehow, it was the only thing I could manage to stomach while I was pregnant. (Weird, right?) Since then, I am all about the buffalo. My newest buffalo discovery, Buffalo Cauliflower bites. Yum.

What’s In Buffalo Cauliflower Bites?

Although I am sure any buffalo sauce would work, I think this is the perfect combination. My go-to hot sauce with little butter to give it that can’t-get-enough-of-it taste. (Full printable recipe below.)

  • Cauliflower
  • Frank’s RedHot Sauce
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt

Bring back a little coolness with a blue cheese or ranch dip and some celery. Fun fact, I can’t stand blue cheese, so I prefer a creamy ranch.

While my tastebuds can’t get enough of the buffalo sauce, heartburn sufferers might not feel the same way. Burning on your tongue, good. Burning in your chest, bad. That’s why Well at Walgreens Omeprazole ODTs is a must for heartburn relief. The orally disintegrating tablet is perfect for all of those buffalo sauce cravings, and you don’t even need a glass of water to take it.

Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

Baked Buffalo Cauliflower is an excellent way to enjoy a lighter version of buffalo flavors. Cauliflower is naturally high in fiber, B-vitamins and antioxidants.

Although this buffalo cauliflower recipe is best served fresh, speaking from experience it tastes great reheated the next day. You can always add another little drizzle of hot sauce on top to freshen it up too.
