Mocha Latte Pudding Cookie Cups

Chocolate chip cookie cups filled with sweet and creamy pudding is a sweet way for mom to take a five-minute break. Especially when the pudding is mocha latte or caramel latte Café Breaks pudding.

Pudding Cup Cookies

I have a sweet tooth. And I typically get a craving for something sugary sweet mid afternoon – just after I put my little down for a nap and before my big girl comes home from school. It’s the calm before the storm, and while I still have some work to squeeze in I can also enjoy a sweet treat without little ones begging for a bite (or three).

These pudding cookie cups perfectly satisfy my sweet tooth, and are so quick to make, you can enjoy this treat in under 20 minutes.

Not only are they a delicious way to enjoy a sweet break, they are all so perfect anytime you need to bring a dessert to a brunch. Everyone will think you slaved. (Shhhhh I won’t tell.)
