No-Bake Easter Peanut Butter M&M’s® Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup M&M’s® Pastel Chocolate Candies
- Candy melts in spring colors
Directions
Combine peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Fold in M&M’s® Pastel Chocolate Candies.
Form one-inch balls of the peanut butter mixture and place on silicone mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Tip – if the peanut butter is too sticky to form nice balls, just make little sticky blobs. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and then you will be able to easily roll the blobs into nice balls.

Melt candy melts according to package directions. To create pastel colors combine bring colors with white candy melts at a 1:1 ratio.
Dip each peanut butter ball in to melted candy melts and return to silicone mat or lined cookie sheet. Place an M&M’s® in a coordinating color on top of the truffle.
Tip – if the peanut butter balls get too soft, return them to the freezer half in between dipping in candy melts.
Cool truffles in refrigerator until set. Store in refrigerator.

M&M’s® Pastel Chocolate Candies in milk chocolate and peanut butter are available in a resealable 3 lb bag at your local Sam’s Club. Perfect for all of your spring baking needs and for helping the Easter Bunny fill Easter Eggs.
