Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip

I have a confession to make. I made this Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip as an after school snack for my daughter. But while taking photos I made the mistake of licking the spoon. And then, I ate the whole thing. I had to make a whole new batch for my daughter because I promised her a special treat. I knew it would be good, but I was surprised how much I liked it, it really is that good.

The peanut butter and the sweetness makes this Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip taste like a desert, but paired with sliced apples it is a great afternoon snack packed with protein. Of course, it is just as tasty eaten by the spoonful, but eating it on and apple makes it an even healthier snack and less dessert like.

Allergy tip – I know there are a lot of peanut allergies out there, so I want to add that I think this dip would be just as yummy with an almond or soy butter too.

For a little extra treat, next time I make this I might add a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top. It isn’t necessary, but let’s face it — everything is better with chocolate, right?

Other Yoplait yogurts make for a great snack any time of the day too like my Frozen Yogurt Covered Strawberries and frozen Go-Gurt. You can get even more great snack ideas from other bloggers on the Walmart’s Yoplait site.

Yoplait Greek Yogurt is available at your local Walmart in the dairy aisle.
