Spend More Time Playing In The Water, Less Time Cleaning It

Now that both of my girls swim like fish, we have spent a lot of time in the pool this summer splashing, laughing and making summer memories. We don’t have time to worry whether or not our pool is clean, when the kids wanna swim, the girls wanna swim. That’s why staying on top of pool care is important to us.

When it comes to pool care, we want to spend more time doing things like this:

Swimming Underwater
And less time doing this:

Testing Pool Water
So we need a pool care system that is not overly complicated and doesn’t take too much time. Years ago, my husband decided to take over the pool care. He walked into the pool store with intentions of buying everything he needed. But the store tried to sell him a complicated and expensive system; he walked out leaving everything behind and rehired the pool crew.

With HTH Pool Care products, maintenance doesn’t have to be complicated. Color-coded and numbered products help make taking care of your pool easy in four steps:

  • Step One Balance – Balancing our pool helps the chlorine work like it should.
  • Step Two Sanitize – The HTH® Extended Skimmer Sticks that we use helps protect our pool water from losing chlorine.
  • Step Three Shock – Shock treating the pool weekly is important to protect my family from bacteria in the water.
  • Step Four Prevent Algae – Pool algae can be green, mustard and black — none of which we want to see in our pool!

HTH 4-Step Pool Care Process
We are not pool care experts around here, and adding a solar heater to our pool a couple of years ago made pool maintenance even more complicated during summer months to keep algae at bay. But by finding a system and following the steps we are able to maintain the crystal clear water we all love to enjoy.

The HTH four-step pool care system is available at most Walmart, Home Depot, Meijer, Ace Hardware, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Costco locations. For more information about pool care, visit the HTH Blog and follow the HTH Pool Facebook Page.
