Sweet Valentine’s Day Outfits

My girls love to wear matching outfits, love. I know some kids complain when mom dresses them in matching outfits, but not my girls. They beg to wear matching outfits. Who am I to deny them this sister bond? So I am always in search of adorable matching outfits — especially for holidays. And what could be sweeter than matching Valentine’s Day outfits?

Heart Valentine's Day Shirts
Not much.

Seriously, I can’t get over the cuteness! Sure, I might be bias, but I love those smiles!

I was thrilled when Chasing Fireflies asked me to review a couple of Valentine’s Day outfits for my girls. The only problem was choosing just one outfit. K and I love to pour over the Chasing Fireflies catalog, and I mistakenly taught her the art of dog earring the pages she likes. K loves everything, and who can blame her?

When it comes to Valentine’s Day apparel, I wanted outfits that the girls could wear to school and beyond Valentine’s Day. (To K’s dismay, that ruled out all of the fancy frocks.) I quickly fell in love with this sequined sweetheart shirts with a chiffon peplum. Uber girly and perfect for Valentine’s Day or any day. (BTW you can also have this shirt personalized.)

I paired the ruffle tee with super cute skinny jeans. I was a little nervous ordering jeans online, but I love these jeans so much. They are super soft and fit great with adjustable waistbands through size 6X. (K is wearing a 6X and Sissy a 4.) The jeans run long (which is hard to do on my tall, leggy girl) and makes me super happy. I am able to cuff them now, so the girls will be able to wear them a long time.

Valentine's Day Outfits
No outfit is complete without accessories, and the triple glitter heart headband is the perfect way to top off this outfit (literally). Sissy loves the headband and keeps asking to wear it with everything. It is stretchy enough to fit both girls without being too tight but comfortably holding back their hair. (I want more in every color!)

Sweetheart Outfit
Not pictured – I picked out pink Low-Top Chuck Taylors to pair with the outfit, but there was a shipping delay. They will be here soon, and I know K will love her first pair of Converse.

If you are in search of something sweet for your mini Valentines, Chasing Fireflies has you covered. From fancy frocks and party apparel to cute and casual school clothes Chasing Fireflies has Valentine’s Day outfits covered.

These outfits are so totally adorable, I think my stepdaughter would absolutely love it and she is a little bit picky about what she wears.
