Today Is Going To Be A Great Day Free Printable And Bathroom Refresh

I like to change up the decor in our house. From new accessories to a brand new home office, I always have a project (or 10) in the works. Sometimes a great makeover is as simple as a few new accessories and fresh fluffy towels. That’s all it took to give my master bath a fresh and a cheerful look complete with a great reminder – Today Is Going To Be A Great Day!

Today is Going to be a Great Day
For this quick little makeover, I partnered with Better Homes and Gardens to showcase how I incorporated its products into my decor.

Owl Bathroom Accessories

I was so excited when I discovered the Better Homes and Gardens for Walmart line of bathroom accessories with owls. Teal owls no less. Owls became a thing for me a few years ago, and I have incorporated them in nearly every room in the house – except our bathroom. (Owls for fall, an owl in my bedroom, owl in my office, etc.) So the owl toothbrush holder was a must. The line also includes an owl jar, soap pump, shower curtain hooks, towels and more. But I am trying to keep my obsession subtle(ish).

Today Is Going To Be A Great Day Sign

The centerpiece of my new countertop display is actually repurposed from another room in the house. I created the printable sign last summer to display on my storage buffet by Better Homes and Gardens for Walmart. But it got put away when the Christmas decorations came out and with Valentine’s currently on display it was just sitting in a closet. I suddenly realized it is perfect for the bathroom.

Things and Stuff

I needed new jars in my bathroom to replace mine that I dropped (glass on tile!). I generally like clear ones in the bathroom so the clear plastic jar with lid and the stackable jar were a great choice for me since I am a tad clumsy. But I couldn’t help falling for the “things” jar and “stuff’ tray. So cute. I am going to try to keep them intact, but lucky for me they were less than $10 each.

There was also a “brush” toothbrush holder, but the owl won me over. I also almost bought the “wash” soap pump, I like foam soap. So I was happy to find the frosted glass foam soap pump instead.

Here is an easy tip to spruce up your bathroom counter — remove the label from products that sit out. I still know that is my favorite lotion — even without the label and it makes the area look more polished.

The last addition was a set of new towels. I am a sucker for a big fluffy towel and the BHG for Walmart towels and both oversized and fluffy. I settled on a mix and match set of aqua and grey patterned towels.
