Over the weekend a friend mentioned off-hand how she wished she could “just make” one of those cute little printables, “You know the ones you attach to the top of a bag.” She wanted to dress up a bag of Goldfish for Dr. Seuss’s birthday this week. I chuckled and told her I’d make some printable Dr. Seuss treat bag toppers.
I don’t think she thought I was serious.
But I was.

The tag toppers are inspired by Dr. Seuss’s One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish book I think it turned out cute
Now for the party, I am going to fill it with Rainbow Goldfish. But all I have in the pantry right now is chocolate. LOL.
Of course, after designing them I also volunteered to bring in Goldfish for my daughter’s class on Friday — gotta get good use out of my work!
If Goldfish are also on your list this week for Dr. Seuss celebrations, I hope you also enjoy this free printable.
Ideally, this should be printed on white cardstock paper, but it does ok on copy paper. Then just cut it out, fold it in half and staple it to the top of your Goldfish-filled baggie.
Optional – skip the Ziplocks and go for snack bags of Goldfish.
Another cute idea is to add Swedish Fish to the bag of Goldfish.
Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

Hi! These are precious and perfect for our dr suess week in kindergarten! Do you happen to have a green eggs and ham printable that is similar?! (For the ziploc treat bags)
Unfortunately, I don’t. But that’s a super cute idea. Perhaps I will have to make something like that 🙂
These are darling! These will be perfect for my niece’s kindergarten class. Thank you so much!
Hi there! I was so excited to find these and would love them, but I’m not getting them. I have tried two different email addresses, checked my spam/junk, and everything. They don’t seem to be getting to me. Can you help? Thank you!
Hi there – I see the email address you commented with was sent the email with the printable on 8/25. Your email shows delivered, but not opened. It looks like your email is a school email, and I wonder if that could be the hang up. I haven’t seen that before, but I know our local teachers have some issues receiving things via their accounts.
