Easter Breakfast Peeps Pancakes

My daughters go crazy for Peeps. It is their favorite Easter treat, and from the moment they arrive in stores that’s the only dessert they want. So, I thought I would make something extra special for them — Peeps pancakes. These are the most adorable Easter breakfast idea. Plus they are easy to make and delicious too.

I have to admit that it looked like a mini massacre in my kitchen as I began to chop up all of those Peeps for the pancakes. But it was well worth it when we tasted the results.

While we made our Peeps pancakes with a rainbow of Easter Bunny Peeps, you could make Peeps pancakes with traditional chicks too.

Ingredients
* Makes 4 to 5 pancakes.

2 cups of Bisquick
1 cup of Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 a cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
12 Peeps
Easter sprinkles
Additional Peeps (for topping)

Easter Pancakes

Directions

Start by cutting your peeps up into small pieces and setting them aside.

In a large mixing bowl add Bisquick, milk and eggs. Whisk until well combined. If batter is too thin, add more Bisquick.

Fold in chocolate chips and peeps.

Place on to a hot, greased skillet.

How To Make Peeps Pancakes

Cook until the pancake begins to bubble and then flip.

Finish cooking.

When staking the hot pancakes, add chips and peeps between layers.

Top with sprinkles and more Peeps.

Serve and enjoy.
