If I could, I would lie in bed all day, everyday snuggling my baby. She’s just so darn sweet. But since life continues on and I have three kids, so I have to get up to get things done. When I need to make lunch, work, help the big kids or any other number of things that have to get done during the day, I need somewhere to put baby girl to keep her happy. The Graco EveryWay Soother with Removable Rocker is my go-to swing and rocker in one.

Graco EveryWay Soother With Removable Rocker
Last time I shopped for a baby swing was nine years ago, and baby gear has come along way since. Because not all babies like the back and forth swinging motion of a traditional swing, the Graco EveryWay Soother with Removable Rocker does more than just swing. It swings, glides and sways creating 16 adjustable motions to find just the right one for baby.
My big kids have had a great time helping the baby try all 16 motions. Of course, she happens to be the most chill baby ever, so she loves them all – especially when her big sisters are hanging out with her testing them.
Motion isn’t the only capability on the control panel. The EveryWay Soother also plays 15 lullabies and sounds to soothe your baby. I tend to like the nature sounds, as the lullabies get stuck in my head easily. Thank you Graco, the EveryWay Soother has a volume control.
All of my babies have liked vibration, so I was pleased to see that the EveryWay Soother also has vibration included in the seat. (FYI – this has a separate battery system.)
For even more functionality, I love the removable rocker. Detaching the rocker from the base allows provides a portable unit so parents can take baby in any room — it’s fantastic for taking a shower. And since the vibration unit is in the rocker, the rocker vibrates separately from the base.
The removable rocker functions like an additional piece of baby gear without taking up additional space. Oh, and the rocker has three adjustable reclining positions.
This thing has it all.
One thing I found a bit odd is that it has a weight limit of 18 as a rocker, while used with the EveryWay Soother it has a weight limit of 25. I still can’t figure that out, but considering that my tiny 6-month-old is only 13 pounds, it isn’t an issue.
Of course, my six-month-old loves the plush toys that hang from the mobile overhead, which easily swings out of the way to get baby in and out. If I could change one thing about the EveryWay Soother, I would make the arm a bit higher as my daughter can now tug on them.
Let’s talk about power. Nine years ago, the swing we had ate through batteries at light speed. I don’t even want to think about how many D batteries we went through to keep our oldest swinging. The EveryWay Soother has AC power. Yippie! It seems like a small thing until you look at the price of batteries.
The EveryWay Soother with Removable Rocker does it all, and it even does double duty. If you are looking for a multifunction swing for your baby, this is it.
The EveryWay Soother with Removable Rocker is available in Titan (like mine) and Josephine (a pink bunny theme).
Thanks for your review. I’m seriously thinking about getting this one for my babe that’s on the way. 😊
Oh and your daughter looks adorable. She looks like such a happy baby and enjoying the swing
Do you know the voltage for the AC Adapter? I have misplaced mine and cannot find any information online
Unfortunately, I do not. My daughter has long outgrown the rocker and we don’t have it anymore. Good luck.
