Every time one of my girls gets the slightest cold they get a cough that lasts and lasts and lasts. Out of nowhere two days of sniffles turns into two months of coughs. And, of course, their cough is always worse at night (and during nap time). Over the last two weeks we have been awoken multiple times a night to the sound of coughing. In the middle of the night, it’s hard to tell when she is coughing in her sleep and when she is coughing so hard she needs her mommy.
Thank goodness for the Levana Keera Video Monitor, one quick peek at the monitor and I can see that she is still asleep — no need to rush to her side. Color me an overprotective mom, but I can’t imagine having a sick child and not being able to peek in on them with a quick glance.
Levana Keera Video Monitor
I have had video baby monitors pointed at my babies since the day I bought them home from the hospital. But over the last seven years, video baby monitors have come a long way. Right out of the box I took one look a the Levana Keera Video Monitor screen and was impressed with the picture clarity – in full color.
Having used several baby video monitors, the Keera has several fantastic features for making life easier. My favorite fun feature is the ability to take pictures and video with the Keera. Thinking back to the times I have watched my daughters singing to themselves in bed, oh how I wish I could have captured it on camera. With the Levana Keera I could!
Other Levana Keera features:
- Two-way communication so you can talk to baby
- Smooth and silent pan/tilt/zoom camera
- Invisible LED night vision
- Remote activated lullabies
After using the& Levana Keera the only drawback I found with the Levana Keera is the camera’s downward viewing angle of 50 degrees. In order to get a downward look into a crib the camera needs to be wall mounted. Otherwise, the camera can be placed on a shelf to give you a wide view of the crib.
