Taco Tuesday is a weekly event in my house. It’s the one night of the week that I know everyone will happily eat dinner without any complaints, no matter how I change up the taco format. This week I tried a brand new taco recipe when I created a Hamburger Helper® Crunchy Taco Bowl. It was met with rave reviews, including my oldest daughter who begged for it to be added to the regular taco rotation.

Not only did everyone eat up happily, but this easy dinner was made by mom in less than 30 minutes. And my girls will tell you that assembling the taco bowl was almost as fun as making it.
