Home Depot is once again offering their Christmas Light Trade-In event for 2013. For every strand of incandescent bulb lights you trade-in, you’ll receive $3 – $5 off a new stand of LED lights. There is a limit of 5 per customer and the offer is valid through November 17, 2013.
