how can I get palace pet in my iPod for free

I have Palace Pets on my iPad. My question is if I purchase the other pets, are they available for as long as I have the App, or is it limited? Haven’t done this before.
in 2023 now the game of place pets is retired but it’s not there in the app store what else can i get it from?
Unfortunately, you can’t any more. It’s a bummer because it was such a cute game.
