Unfortunately, since I am not affiliated with the Today Show or the retailers, I don’t have a direct answer for you. I can only tell you that some of these deals take a LONG time to arrive. The retailers just don;t plan accordingly for the volume of orders they receive. From my experience and that shared with my by my readers, these things do eventually come, but they can take a long while. Just curious, has anyone received their Pure Fiber Throws? I’ve emails the company twice but haven’t had the courtesy of a reply. Aside from my order confirmation email, I haven’t heard anything and it’s been six weeks come this Monday morning.
Quite frankly, I’m fed up with Jill Martin, the Today Show, and NBC for betraying their viewer trust and loyalty with this now steady stream of shoddy endorsements. The good news is, thanks to this and two other very disappointing Steals & Deals orders, I’ve lost all desire to watch the Today Show beyond the morning’s first 45 minutes of airtime — so it’s hard news and headline stories only for me. Sadly, in my case, all the other Today Show feature segments have had to pay the price for Jill’s ineptitude.
I have not received my order of the Pure Fiber throws. I have emailed the company twice in addition to calling and leaving messages at the number provided. There has been no response from the company.

I ordered two April martin shawls and my credit card was charged immediately. It’s been nearly eight weeks and I still have not received them. I have been in touch with a company contact who said the shawls were shipping last week. When I didn’t receive and shipping info, I wrote them again and have not heard back. I was planning on sending these as Christmas gifts, and I really need to know if they will arrive on time. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
I ordered 8 Danielle Stevens bracelets on October 18th. Still have not received them. Charge card was billed right away. These were going to be Christmas presents. I cannot reach them on their site’s phone number, because “there is no room for a message.”

I was billed on 1/18/12 for the Cuore and Pelle bags (I ordered 2) but haven’t received anything. It is 2/25. Did anyone receive the Mirella bag yet? Their website link said we should have received a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail confirming shipping and a tracking number. I received nothing. Is this a scam?
I also ordered pure fiber throws in October. On March 12th I received an e-mail saying that they were shipped with a tracking number. Well, I never got them so I tried tracking the package through FedEx. It was impossible to get any answers online so I called FedEx. The man on the phone said that they only received a shipping label but no package… I then called pure fiber. A quiet young man named Tony answered. He said that it is FedEx’s mistake… But he said he was having my order shipped the same day and gave me a tracking number. We’ll see…
As far as “Jill’s steals and deals” is concerned, I still love the segment! This past Tuesday was the first segment in a number of weeks. It always takes some time receiving the packages so if you are looking for Christmas presents to arrive in time you should think about it sooner than later. I have been very happy with the purchases I have made until pure fiber. And will continue to wait with bated breath for the next Steals and Deals segment to air which gives me the opportunity so score products I may not otherwise be able to afford on my hairstylist income

I have read the comments and looks like several people are having problems with this company charging credit cards and not sending anything for even sending an email. I have sent several emails and even posted on their facebook page and still have not recieved an answer. I ordered 5 shawls on Oct. 18th, 2011, that were featured on the Today show. As of today April 1st, 2012, I have yet to recieve the full order or even a refund. Can you please help by providing a telephone number for this company since they don’t seem to answer emails.
I ordered an April Marin shawl in mid November. I received it yesterday and it has ink stains all over the shawl. I immediately emailed the company and asked for a refund, They responded by saying that they would do so but only gave me half of my money! I paid $44.50 for this damaged shawl and I received $26.00 for it! I have emailed numerous times and nobody will respond! Does the Today show not check up on these companies before they post their goods on tv? This shawl was supposed to be a gift for Christmas!
