Dealagio.com ~ Sign Up Now to Win an iPad

In case you haven’t noticed, I am a big fan of the daily deal sites. In addition to finding great deals, it is fun to see new specials everyday. Plus, I have learned about some wonderful companies and products that I might not otherwise learned about if I hadn’t seen their daily deal.

While there have been no shortage of daily deals since this relatively new concept exploded into our inboxes just over two years ago, I am always on the hunt for a new sites offering more deals. So when a friend put me in touch with a new deal site on the horizon, I was psyched.

The new site – Dealagio.com – is set to launch it’s first deal March 1, 2011. In order to be ready for launch day, Dealagio is offering up some great prizes to be raffled off to those who sign up to receive the Dealagio’s daily deal email before March 1. First up for grabs – an iPad! (Oh how I want to win one of these myself!) In addition to the iPad, Dealagio will be adding more prizes as more people sign up including gift certifcates for its deals, an iPod Touch and a $500 Royal Caribbean gift card. (I hear they are only a couple hundred people away from the next prize being added!)

As a local Orlando start up, for now Dealagio deals will concentrate on local businesses. However, with plans to expand across the country, anyone is welcome to sign up and be entered into the prizes. (Your user sign up information will be kept on file for when the site rolls out to other cities.)

As an added bonus to being entered to the raffle, by signing up now you will be among the first to learn of the deals when the site launches. Since Dealagio will offer referral credits to those who get their friends to sign up, this is a great way to be ready to earn some free deals 🙂

When I talked to the founder, one of the unique features of this site that will be rolled out later is a “Deal Diva section; whereas we allow an individual to self appoint themselves as the Diva, and the site will help orchestrate a group event, collect payments, etc.” Now that’s a feature I look forward to learning more about.
