Regal Summer Movie Express 2018 $1 Movie Schedule

My kids are so excited – the Regal Summer Movie Express 2018 $1 movies schedule has arrived. We love to hit up the Regal $1 movies on hot summer days, and it’s a fun place to meet up with friends. Each week you can pick from two $1 movies — or you can see them both.

The 2019 movie schedule should be released soon. Keep checking here for updates.

For those who aren’t familiar with the Regal Summer Movie Express, the $1 movies start at 10 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays all summer. Two movies are shown on each week and both movies are played both days. So you can go on Tuesday or Wednesday or both to see your pick of movies.

Regal Summer Movie Express 2018 $1 Movie Schedule

The Regal Summer Movie Express start date varies based on your local theater. (Some start June 5 others June 12.) Find your closest participating movie theater, to find out when the $1 movies start in your town and learn more about the Regal Summer Movie Express program.

I am so excited because the Regal Summer Movie Express has been expanded from 9 weeks last summer to 14 weeks this summer! That’s 5 extra weeks of fun. **

** Regal seems to have made adjustments to the schedule. When I posted this in April, there were 14 weeks of movies in my area. That has since been cut to 9 weeks of movies. Additionally, it seems that different movies were cut in different areas. Here week 1 now starts with the Iron Giant and Curious George and cuts off after Trolls. 1. My theatre is only showing 9 weeks….we don’t get the movies from Week 1 or Weeks 11-14. Was so excited about Paddington and The Lorax. But 9 weeks of cheap movies is better than none!

  2. But wait….you’re in Orlando too? Which theatre is showing all 14 weeks?? It looks like every location near me is only showing 9 of the weeks??

    • So weird! I had not idea until people started telling me that not every area has all 14! We are north of Orlando, not really Orlando — the suburbs 😉

  3. Regal totally changed the line up. It’s back to 9 weeks and several movies are no longer listed including Curious George.

    • Regal appears to continue to make changes. My theater has been dropped to 9 weeks as well, but we still have Curious George. I have gone to these for years and never seen so many changes after the schedule was released. 🙁
