Football Taco Bowls
- Old El Paso™ Mini Soft Tortilla Taco Boats
- ground beef
- Old El Paso™ taco seasoning
- Santa Fe rice
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped tomatoes
- Sliced avocado
Brown the ground beef and prepare according to package directions. While cooking the meat, prepare rice according to directions and warm taco boats according to package directions.
Layer rice, beef, cheese, tomatoes and avocado in the taco boats.
Serving size 2-3 mini taco boats per person.
