Make A Wish To Help Others

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of UPS. All opinions are 100% mine.

Wishing feels magical. We wish on stars, on fallen eyelashes, on good luck charms — there is magical aura to wishes. And when a wish really comes true, that’s when the real magic beings.

This time of year there is a lot of talk about wishes, and UPS spends long days seeing those special holiday wishes delivered. In our neighborhood, they bring in these vehicles that look like converted gas-powered golf carts to help ferry the many boxes to and fro.

UPS knows wishes, and this holiday season it wants to share these magical stories and raise money for charity. Through the #WishesDelivered program when you make a wish and share that wish with the hashtag #WishesDelivered, UPS will make wishes come true by donating $1 to one of its charity partners (Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club, or Toys for Tots) up to $100,000!

Your wish can be big or small, but even though you might be hoping for a special UPS delivery for under the tree — wishes submitted to the #WishesDelivered campaign should be selfless wishes spreading love, joy and good will to those around us.

Perhaps your community is in need of a new playground, or a sick neighbor needs some special care — it’s your wish, make it special.

#WishesDelivered

Between November 10 – December 31, 2014 submit a wish to UPS. Wishes can automatically be submitted to the #WishesDelivered site by simply posting the wish on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #WishesDelivered, or going direct to the #WishesDelivered site and submitting there.

I have a very special wish in mind that I will be submitting, and I’ll share that wish in another post soon. But for now start thinking about what you wish for the world around you. We could all use a little extra good cheer, so let’s wish for something magical together.

What’s your wish?
