Over the weekend we took our girls for a special night out — a movie, dinner and ice cream!

Since this was my girls’ first visit to Cold Stone, they were fascinated by the granite stone on which toppings are mixed into the ice cream. (Did you know Cold Stone makes fresh ice cream daily.) Of course, everyone had to have something mixed into their ice cream so that complicated the decision-making process. Luckily, the girl behind the counter was very patient as just the right ingredients were chosen.

Decisions, decisions.

Eventually, everyone made a decision and settled in to enjoy their ice cream. K decided on Oreo ice cream with marshmallows, Sissy picked strawberry ice cream with sprinkles, my hubby tried the Butterfinger Caramel Crunch and I couldn’t resist the OREO Double Chocolate, and everyone was pleased with their picks. YUM!
