TSM-PPIf your little ones can’t get enough pirates and fairies, then it is time to add Disney’s Peter Pan II: Return To Never Land to your video library. Filled with all things Peter Pan including pirates and Tinker Bell, the Lost Boys and, of course, Peter Pan the story of Neverland continues. 

Recently released from the Disney Vault, Return To Never Land is a story about what happens next in Never Land – long after Wendy, John and Michael have returned home.

Because Mimi has an old copy of this movie (from before it was sent to the Disney Vault), K has seen this movie a number of times. She refers to it as “The Peter Pan movie about the girl.” And she is right. While Peter Pan focuses on Peter Pan’s story, the sequel (from 2002) focuses on a new character, a little girl name Jane.

Wendy’s very practical and no-nonsense daughter, Jane, begins the adventure of a lifetime when the infamous Captain Hook whisks her away to the enchanted island of Never Land. Peter Pan and all of his spin-off stories (the Tinker Bell movies and Jake and the Never Land Pirates) are favorites in our house, and Return To Never Land fits in nicely. A story about learning to believe in yourself and your friends, Return To Never Land makes us all believe again in the power of Pixie Dust. 

If your kids are as familiar with Disney Junior as mine, they will recognize the Pixie Previews bonus feature. Five short vignettes about Tinker Bell and her friends to get your kids even more excited about Tinker Bell And The Pirate Fairy (to be released in 2014).

  7. My son loves pirates! He has been one for Haloween for a couple years. When my daughter was younger she had her room all done in Tinkerbell!

  154. I like the Peter Pan movie when I was a child. I found an old VCR tape of it recently for the grandkids. They also like to watch Jake and the Neverland Pirates on TV so I know they will enjoy this one on Blue Ray -DVD
