Cat In The Hat & Chloe’s Closet Review ~ Holiday Gift Guide

We don’t have much of a winter here in Florida (certainly no white Christmas in our future), but that doesn’t stop us from dreaming of a snowy wonderland. (Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t trade my flip flops for a snow shovel.) This winter NCircle has two new DVDs all about winter The Cat and the Hat Knows a Lot About That: Told From the Cold and Chloe’s Closet: Chloe’s Winter Wonderland so our Florida kids (and other kids too) can learn all about wintery fun.

About the DVDs:

The Cat and the Hat Knows a Lot About That: Told From the Cold

Come join in the fun, on new adventures we go, With The Cat in the Hat and his friends all in tow! Discover how water can turn into snow, that penguins don’t fly but, boy can they go! Black bears get ready for a very long sleep, before the weather gets cold and the snow is too deep.

Chloe’s Closet: Chloe’s Winter Wonderland

Meet Chloe, an adorable little girl with a great big imagination! Chloe discovers magical new worlds while playing dress-up.  With each new costume she tries on, she goes on a fantastical journey with her best friends! Join them as they visit the land of ice and snow and embark on an anything-can-happen winter wonderland adventure!

Why I Love It – I can’t say enough good things about The Cat and the Hat Knows a Lot About That series. The cartoons are smart, funny and educational all in one. My daughter knows all about nocturnal animals thanks to Wings and Things, and now she knows all about hibernating. Not to mention that they are just plain fun. This was our first introduction to Chloe’s Closet, and K is a huge fan. Any little girl who likes to play dress up can relate to Chloe who’s dress-up play leads to imaginary worlds where anything can happen. Plus she is adorable with her English accent!

Buy It – The Cat In The Hat Knows a Lot About That: Told from the Cold and Chloe’s Closet: Chloe’s Winter Wonderland are both available on Amazon for $9.99 each.

Great Gift For – Both DVDs are great for preschoolers with vivid imaginations.

I am excited that NCircle is participating in The Suburban Mom’s Holiday Gift Guide. In addition to all of the other fabulous prizes, the winner will win each of these DVDs!

We really like the Cat and The Hat knows a lot about that series too. I grew up on Cat and Hat and so my kids do too. My girls also recently saw an episode of Chloe’s Closet and now ask to watch it all the time.
