Quick And Easy Dinner With Hamburger Helper

People tend to focus on needing quick and easy family meals during the school year, but I am here to tell you that quick and easy family meals are just as important during the summer. Sure summer is filled with lazy days, but it is filled with lazy days trying to entertain kids who are used to being in school and busy.

On our first day of unscheduled summer break we made a craft, played hotel, created a pillow fort, went swimming, took a bubble bath, read, did workbook pages, played with dolls, built with Legos, played a game and watched TV — all before dinner. By the time it was time to start thinking about what to make for dinner, I was exhausted! And it was supposed to be a lazy day. Summer is an adjustment period!

For both lazy days at home and busy days on the go, families need quick and easy dinner recipes the whole family can enjoy. And sometimes, a little inspiration. For times like this, Hamburger Helper® comes to the rescue.

On day two, I decided we should get out of the house. So we went to Walmart to pick up ingredients for an easy dinner with Hamburger Helper®. Since I can’t go wrong with taco night in our house, I decided Hamburger Helper® Crunchy Taco.

My two favorite assistants helped me find all of the ingreidents to make dinner. Hamburger Helper® makes it so easy that to make this Crunchy Taco Hamburger Helper® all you need is a pound of ground beef and milk. But I decided to add my own twist by creating a Hamburger Helper® Crunch Taco Bowl. Still just as easy, but with a few additional ingredients.

I’ll share the Hamburger Helper® Crunchy Taco Bowl recipe next week.
