New Eric Carle Gymboree Play Clothes & PJs

The playful stories and beautiful illustrations of Eric Carle have been a staple in children’s literature for decades. And now Eric Carle’s familiar characters and illustrations can be found on the new line of play clothes and pajamas at Gymboree.

The World Of Eric Carle Gymboree

Eric Carle Gymboree Play Clothes

The new line of Eric Carle Gymboree clothes is now available in stores and online. It features the bright, bold colors that have become synonymous with Eric Carle for both girls and boys.

In the play clothes line, there are four raglan-style t-shirts for boys emblazoned with a bear, a tiger, a rhino and an iguana. The four shirts for girls are peplum style with a sweet bow at the neck and are available with a zebra, flower, ladybug and a butterfly.

My daughter was thrilled to receive the butterfly shirt with purple trim. Paired with either black or orange leggings from the Eric Carle Gymboree line, the peplum shirts are fun and comfy — perfect for playtime.

As a regular Gymboree shopper, the most interesting thing about the Eric Carle Gymboree line is that it is available in 6-12 months up to a 6T. Yes, a 6T! Have you ever seen a 6T? I hadn’t.

Because K normally wears a Gymboree 6 or 7, I was concerned that the line would be too small for her. But when I held the 6T leggings up to both a pair of 6 and 7 Gymboree leggings the 6T was the longest pair. And as you can see from the first picture, the sleeve length on the 6T is plenty long enough too.

So, while unfamiliar with the 6T size, I would say it runs big. Which is fine by K because she loves her bright, beautiful butterfly shirt.

One thing we can’t seem to get enough of in this house are PJs. My girls love new PJs, and Gymboree’s Gymmies are among their favorites. Made from 100% cotton, they are always soft with plenty of stretch. Now with the addition of the color Eric Carle prints, Gymmies are even cuter.

There are 10 styles of Eric Carle Gymboree Gymmies available for boys and girls ranging in size from 6-12 months to a 6. (Not a 6T after a 2T they go to full sizes.)

Even cutter, four of the styles are also available in adult styles! Have you ever owned a pair of adult Gymboree Gymmies? I have, I bought the whole family matching ones last Christmas and they are so comfy!

If you can’t get enough Eric Carle Gymboree, be sure to stop by your local Gymboree Friday, September 5 from 10 am – 12 pm for caterpillar crafts and story time and pick up some Eric Carle Gymboree play clothes and Gymmies while you are there.

Don’t miss this cute and comfy line of Eric Carle Gymboree play clothes and pajamas.

I love to see they have clothing for the older kids as well as the younger group. I have only seen the pjs for the toddler size. Super cute.

Oh goodness, Eric Carle is really all about beautiful colors that remind you of summer days out in the garden or the meadow. Not that I’ve ever been in a meadow but we’re being dreamy here so I can be in a meadow in my dreams so hush. Awesome, when I clicked over to look at the outfits it gave me a 20% off PLUS free shipping coupon so I could buy more of these outfits! My favorite is very much the Moon and Stars!

Oh my goodness! The clothing is super adorable.

We’re huge fans of Eric Carle and I’ve always loved Gymboree clothing. Talk about a perfect combination.

The outfit with the polka dot pants if super adorable, as are both of your daughters. 🙂

My kids are too old for Gymboree clothing (they are teenagers) but I know plenty of people with young children. I’ll be sure to tell them about the new Eric Carle clothing line.
