Strawberry Shortcake Food Display Signs – Free Party Printables

In the spring we celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday with a Strawberry Shortcake party. The centerpiece of the party was the desert table featuring each of Strawberry’s best friends and a special themed desert. (Except for Plum because, well, mom forgot the pudding!!!)

I have had several requests for the paper tents featuring Strawberry and her friends, so I decided to share them as a free printable. Since you might want to do different themed treats (although our treats were awesome), I even made the text on the printables editable so you can easily customize them. (You are welcome.)

Although you can edit the signs to say anything, by default my printables say:

  • Lemon Bars
  • Candied Orange Peels
  • Blueberry Muffins
  • Cherry Jam  Cookies
  • Raspberries (K’s favorite)
  • Strawberry Shortcake
  • Strawberry Lemonade
  • Plum Pudding (I had good intentions)

Download Strawberry Shortcake Free Printables here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to use these printables. It is a free download, so if you don’t have it Google it and download it from Adobe.

Important – These party printables are being provided free of charge for personal use. Please do not try to sell them. If you would like to post about them, please include a direct link to this page not just the download page. I love to see what people create with my printables, so feel free to share.

  1. Hello! I am not able to change the wording on the printables. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? Heck, maybe they aren’t to be manipulated. Thanks in advance for your help!!

    • The food signs are defiantly editable. When you click on the link, the image should open in Dropbox in another link where you can write whatever you would like on the images. Even once you download them to your computer, you should be able to click right on the text to edit them. I just tried it all again myself and it is working fine. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (it is free) to open the file. Not sure what the problem might be.

    • Hi Stacey – Yeah, I only have available what I made for my daughter’s party. So I only have these labels. However, the labels are editable. So you can delete the deserts and write anything you want. They won’t go around a water bottle, but depending on your bubbles you might be ale to trim them to fit. Hope that helps.

  2. These are so precious! My daughter’s 3rd birthday party is next Sunday and I’ve been searching and searching for food tags with the characters pictures on them. Found some on Etsy but they were not editable and did not have food names on them. Thank you, thank you for posting these. Cannot wait to print them and display with our berry sweet treats!! 🙂

  3. These are so cute and I can’t wait to use them for my daughters 3rd birthday, but I also want to make some with my own foods on here, but am not able to. I see where you say to have Adobe, which I do, but I’m not able to open it in Adobe since it won’t save in Adobe, it just keeps opening in dropbox. Could you please help me? Thanks so much

    • Hi Shelly – When you click on the link, it opens Dropbox because that is where the file is stored. Once you see the dropbox file, just save the file to your computer. (There is a download button in the uper right corner.) Once you download and save to your computer, you will be able to edit the file on your computer. Have a great party!
