How To Drink Water, Even When You Don’t Want To ~ Giveaway

This post brought to you by Jel Sert. All opinions are 100% mine.

I like to drink water. I actually like the way it tastes, and I am really good at drinking water — most days. But when I am sick, suddenly water tastes like dirt. I don’t know what it is, when I need water most I just can’t get it down.

Last week was one of those weeks. Fever, chills, cough — the works. I could feel myself getting dehydrated (because I refused to drink water – I am the worst patient ever), but I could not bring myself to drink water. It was just ick, and I was sick. Then I remembered the box of Wyler’s Light powdered drink mix samples I received. Could adding flavor make me want to drink water?

YES!!! It worked.

Wyler's Light

Wyler’s Light tastes great — even when you are sick. I mixed up bottle after bottle of flavored water using Wyler’s Light Singles — it was perfect. Finally, I was back to drinking water. Plus with only five calories per eight oz glass of water (10 calories per 16 oz bottle), I could afford to drink all of my water while I was sick with Wyler’s Light. Bonus, it is sugar free.

Of course once I started drinking it, my daughter had to try some too. No surprise, she loved it.

Mix it up by the pitcher with Wyler’s Light canisters or mix up a single bottle with Wyler’s Light Singles. I received three flavors of Wyler’s Light Singles to sample Iced Tea with Peach, Pink Lemonade and the new flavor Cherry Berry. My favorite is Cherry Berry, and my daughter’s favorite is Pink Lemonade. With 17 Wyler’s Light flavors there is a flavor for everyone.

  • Iced Tea with Peach
  • Sunsplash Orange
  • Cherry
  • Cool Raspberry
  • Lemonade
  • Pink Lemonade
  • Raspberry Lemonade
  • Fruit Punch
  • Grape
  • Iced Tea with Lemon
  • Strawberry
  • Half Tea & Half Lemonade
  • Kiwi Strawberry
  • Iced Tea with Raspberry
  • Cherry Limeade
  • Strawberry Lemonade
  • Cherry Berry

Whether you need help increasing your water intake or you just want to add some flavor to your day, Wyler’s Light is a tasty way to go. Keep up with Wyler’s Light on Facebook.

  1. I’m honestly not a huge fan of the taste of water, haha. I wish I was so that I would drink it more often. I’m always looking for new flavoring to try adding to water to make it taste better. I’m really picky though and a lot of products give me a weird aftertaste. I’ve never heard of Wyler’s Light before though. Their flavor selection is great though, I’m sure I’d like one of them. My guess is that I’d probably really like the Iced Tea with Peach.

  2. I love the tea and lemonade flavors. I look at the varieties on the shelves and so many brands are just offering koolaid type flavors when most of the purchases are for adults. Like to see more versions of tea offered beyond lemon and peach.
