I took advantage of this offer, against my better judgment and now I wish I hadn’t done so. I ordered a Denver Broncos one for my son to use on Halloween. Needless to say, we got a New Orleans Saints one instead. I have called the company three seperate times, with the promise of them sending out the correct order. I never have received the right order and now Halloween has come and gone.
I can not stress how disappointed I am in this company and have told numerous people this story already. I tried to contact them via Email, however there is no option of doing so.
I will NOT be ordering anything from Franklin Sports again.

I ordered the state necklace from this company and am so disappointed that GMA would endorse such a company without investigating the product completely. The necklace arrived with a 12 inch chain (who can wear this? a child). I called and they mailed me a 20 inch chain which didn’t fit the charm over the end! I am sending all the pieces back hopefully for a full refund. We’ll see if I get it.
GMA, do your homework BEFORE you endorse and promote the product!
