I had ordered the jan fener bag with intial and I still have not received it and also it was charged on my amx the same day I ordered it and I have emailed them and the last email and only one sent to everyone was 3 weeks ago and was told they were being shipped out that week. I did not get mine and I sent another email and no response. Can you please find my beige bag I ordered and paid for.
