Nature’s Nectar 100% Berry Burst Juice Gets Two Thumbs Up ~ Giveaway

My daughter is the queen of routine (or should I say princess). She likes to do the same things in the same order every day, and oh boy if I try to change things up on her. Part of her morning routine is juice and gummies after her milk/t/Mickey. (Did I mention, ever routine also has its own name.) In K terms, that means her favorite juice with her vitamin gummies, after she watches Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on TV while drinking milk.

A couple of weeks ago, I found juice on clearance for $1. It wasn’t her juice, but it was 100% juice with no sugar added. It met my criteria, so bought it figuring she could survive for a week with a difference juice. One sip in and there were tears. She did not like the new juice and wanted her juice. (That’s a whole jug of juice wasted.)

While she insisted I not try to switch it up on her again, this week I changed things up on her again. (Crazy mom!) This week I served her Nature’s Nectar 100% Berry Burst Juice ($2.49 at Aldi). I pretended not to watch her as I waited for her to take the first sip with her eyes glued to the TV. As she tasted the juice she turned to me and said, “Yum, I like this juice mommy. What is it?”

After I answered the question, she went back to drinking and watching TV. Success! (Take that clearance juice!)

In addition to our informal taste test, Nature’s Nectar 100% Berry Burst Juice recently won the SELF Healthy Food Award. Recipients of the award had to first meet strict dietary requirements – 100 percent juice with no additives except citric acid (vitamin C), calcium, beta-carotene or vegetables for coloring. Qualifying products were then served to a panel for a blind taste testers where two products were selected in each category. (See you don’t have to put in all of that other stuff to make something taste good!)

In addition to enjoying served as a cold glass go juice, the Adi prep kitchen offers a number of recipe ideas to serve up Berry Burst Juice including this yummy idea for Very Berry Pops.

  1. We love Aldi! No other store saves me time and money like they do. I live the variety of product Ta available each week…and milk is only $1.88 per gallon at our store!

  2. I love Aldi’s! I even shopped there in Germany (not the same products, of course, but the same value) Also, I’m always looking for healthier options for my 4 year old. :0)

  3. Aldi’s saves me so much money! Even with coupons and ad prices my groceries cost more at Walmart than shopping without all that fuss at Aldi’s. We love their juice, as well as many other products they carry. Just goes to show, you don’t have to have name brand to get quality!

  4. I love shopping at Aldi, they have such a great selection of foods, etc at really affordable prices and I would love to try this juice. Thanks so much for hosting this great giveaway!

  5. Our family shops at Aldi. They have great prices. We have to flip a coin to see who will get the cart. They get to keep the quarter. I especially like to get my fruits and vegetables at Aldi.

  6. I shop at Aldi all the time, Always get my produce, breads, and dairy there. I didn’t know they had gift cards!!

  13. There is an Aldi about ten blocks from my home. I’ve passed it on the way to my regular market. I’d like to win so I can stop and risk free, purchase their products. From what I’ve read they offer quality merchandise at great prices.

  14. I’d very much like to win because I do most of my shopping at Aldi these days. I find it a bit inconvenient that they don’t take credit cards (I don’t have a debit card) but as long as it saves me money, I can remember to bring some cash those days. The whole cart for a quater thing is annoying too, but the cashiers will lend you one if you forget.

  15. I have a family of 5 to feed on about $50 a any extra would help tremendously—and we are avid Aldi’s shoppers!

  16. love Aldis, the chicken breast patties in the frozen section are similiar to Chickfila. Also love their produce.

  17. I would love to win this gift card for my parents. We are struggling a little with money and this would take a little bit of a load off of their shoulders when they find out they saved $25. Any little bit counts and we are frequent Aldi customers!!

  21. Aldi is a great shop that I frequent often. They have great prices and a good but small and easy to navigate store. I would love to win.
