Do not purchase anything from this company!!!!!!!!This has been the worst experience I have had with any company whether online or not. I placed my order on Nov 5th and I was told it was “lost in the mail”. I called back today December 16th (As these are Christmas gifts) to check the status of my new order and spoke with a represenative named Christina. She was rude and hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. This is unacceptable. Is this how you treat all your customers? No tracking #’s, each time I call the employees are rude and not helpful. They act like I am inconveinencing them by placing orders.
