Cafe Press Organic T-Shirt & Bag Review & Giveaway

Chances are, you have probably heard of Cafe Press and its selection of personalized gifts. Perhaps you have even designed a t-shirt at Cafe Press for a special occasion or event, I have. (Several years ago, we designed “team” shirts for a charity event my company participated in.) So, what’s new with Cafe Press? It has gone “green.” Cafe Press has expanded its line of customizable apparel to include organic t-shirts, reusable totes and thousands of “green” designs.

When I was invited to pick our an organic tee-shirt and tote, I knew I needed to set aside some time to play, but I had no idea how much the choices have expanded since last I shopped. I looked through pages and pages of “green” designs for my tote, and could have purchased a whole brigade of cute bags! I came really close to getting this one:

But in the end, what I really wanted was my very own TheSuburbanMom shirt and bag. So, I used Cafe Press’ handy-dandy design tool to create my very own design. After I created the design I wanted (I used Photoshop), I simply plopped my design onto the bag, added some text, previewed my work and ordered. It was so simple and, after I had the design ready, quick!

(I was going to take a pic of me wearing the shirt, but I have been under the weather, and wasn’t feeling pretty :))

In addition to organic t-shirts and totes, you can also create hoodies/sweatshirts, underwear, mugs, aprons, cups/mugs, hats, water bottles, pet clothes, onsies, bibs, magnets, stickers, tanks tops, golf shirts, pillows, framed art, mouse pads, teddie bears, flip cameras and more! I also LOVE the maternity shirts, I wish I had one when I was pregnant with my daughter.

  77. I’d have to get something from my own shop, probably a Sleep Deprived Parent/Tantrum Zone bag, and maybe a I Drank the Water maternity shirt for a friend…although I might get a Roses are #FF000 shirt (not my own) for myself. Thought that was cute!
