I received mine around 1/17/24 but shoulder strap clasp is broken.
received my purse yesterday jan 22. must say i’m disapointed after waiting all this time. it is one of the ugliest purses i’ve seen.
I purchased this bag. It arrived 2 months later and the clasp on the handle was broken. I have been trying for a week to contact Ora Delphine by email and cannot get a response. I can’t find a phone number for them.
I received mine and I love and have gotten so many compliments about it but , I have tried to contact them also my buckle clasp on the Adele satchel was broken and just want it repaired or replaced. Can anyone help?
