During the Decade of Memories blogger event, I had the pleasant experience of staying at the Westgate Vacation Villas. From the moment I entered my beautifully decorated, one-bedroom villa I knew I was going to experience something special.
The first room I saw was the living room — with a large flat screen TV, desk, closet, couch, two tables and a lamp. Then there was the kitchen area with a small kitchen table and all the things a family would need for cooking: microwave, stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you could want — plus cleaning supplies. From there I walked into a hallway that led to the bathroom, which was fully equipped with a giant shower and a washer/dryer! On the left was the bedroom with a wonderful king sized bed, piled high with EIGHT pillows! Yes, I do love my pillows! The bedroom also had a large flat screen TV, desk and closet.
I loved everything about my room. It was super clean and every time I left I came back to a made bed, pristine bathroom, extra towels and changed trash.
The customer service was on point as well. During my stay I had two small issues that were both resolved quickly and efficiently.
My first issue was the air in my room was not working properly, so I called the front desk, and an air tech was in my room within 10 minutes. My air was fixed within 20 minutes. (A very important thing here in Florida!)
My second issue was after I checked out. When I left my room, I left my key on the desk since I was leaving, but then I realized I forgot something. I went straight to the front desk, and they handled it quickly and with a smile. Even the guy who walked me back to my room to get my left item was super friendly.
I would stay at Westgate Vacation Villas in Kissimmee, Florida again! Actually, I would stay at ANY Westgate Resort! The level of professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness and overall excellence makes them top-notch in my book!
