Step 1: Complete your purchase of any eligible title in the list below between August 31, 2012 and October 14, 2012. 

Step 2: Once shipment of the disc occurs you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours containing your reward code, click the link contained in the email to go to https://www.activaterewards.com/nemo3d and redeem your reward code. 

Step 3: On the https://www.activaterewards.com/nemo3d, website follow the instructions to enter your reward code and other required information and print your certificate. Reward code expires on October 21, 2012.
