I saw the MyPix2Canvas deal offered on June 20, 2012, and ordered it (order #68528) via my VISA card. I received an email confirming this order and the amount was debited from my VISA account. This email stated that once the order was on it’s way I would receive another email with shipment info.
It is now August 29th and I have heard nothing from the company regarding my order. I have tried to contact MyPix to no avail, and to say the least, I’m PISSED! If the TODAY Show is going to offer these wonderful deals they should be aware of the bad business created! As of now I would prefer to have the dollar amount credited back to my VISA and I will take my business elsewhere!
This seems to be a recurring theme. I ordered towels through Jill’s Steals and Deals and it has been three weeks since my credit card has been charged, but still no towels. Any reputable company would charge the card AFTER the items ship. I wonder what kind of cut NBC gets from these “deals.”
