Back To School Gear Is A Hoot At Pottery Barn Kids

I’ve just returned from dropping my daughter off at her first day of Pre-K. The school has officially begun! I can’t decide how I feel – one part excited for her and (dare I say it) thrilled to have a bit of quite, and one part wistful for the baby she once was. Today begins her last day of preschool, next year she moves on to (gasp) kindergarten! I can assure you now, I won’t be ready for next year.

But I digress… I know school is still weeks (if not a month or more) away in other parts of the country. I am always surprised when my niece and nephew remind me that they don’t go back to school until late September. So for you late starters there’s still time to stock up on adorably sweet back to school gear for your kiddos from Pottery Barn Kids. And for my fellow moms with kiddos returning now, you may just find some extra stuff you have to have 🙂 (Sorry! LOL)

Ever since I decided to deck out the baby’s room in owl print, I am a sucker for all prints that hoot. Luckily, Pottery Barn Kids is also infatuated with itty bitty owls and has kept me well stocked on cuteness. Even the back-to-school gear comes adorned with a wise owl. From backpacks to lunch gear there are owls covering the PBK site!

Up first, a bag to carry all of those shiny new supplies! This is the bag I had to have. It is the Mackenzie preschool size backpack in Chocolate Owl Print. I love love love it! This is our second preschool Mackenzie backpack. We’ve had the other for nearly three years, and it is still in such great shape we use it all of the time! For a well-made backpack with nicely padded straps and lots of pockets, you can’t go wrong with the Mackenzie. Plus they are just sooo stinking cute!

In addition to the preschool-size, the Mackenzie collection includes small backpacks, large backpacks, rolling backpacks, pencil cases and more. How to make this bag even cuter, how about personalization?

Also available with owls is the Fairfax collection in blue, pink, purple or chocolate. And back to the Mackenzie line, there are two additional owl prints the Lavender and Navy Owl Prints.

Wooo’s ready for lunch?! (I couldn’t resist.)

I don’t know about you, but I am in love with it all! I might still have to get those owl lunchskins – so cute!

Don’t forget backpacks and lunch items always ship free!

Disclosure – I was provided a sample, however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
