I don’t know why they are so vague with contact info, but they seem to do that! I have learned that if you check the site tomorrow (the same page you order through today), you will see contact info replaces the order buttons. I must have been lucky as I turned on the today show just as Jill’s Steals came on…just happen to be on vacation or would never had seen it. Was able to order the Terzetto bag. Must confess that I have never heard of the brand but for $65.00 figured I would go for it.

I also ordered the Terzetto bag. After ordering it I googled the brand, and the designer and nothing came up…Im a bit concerned about that. I wish Jill would have mentioned if this Designer is brand new, up and coming or what the situation is. I find it a bit odd that when I googled the designers name absolutely nothing matched my search but I can even google my name and something comes up. Weird.

I tryed to order #2 of the handbags but I was told that the server was down and that my order was declined.
I just looked at my online bank account and I was taken out twice. Now my account is overdrawn.
There site stated that I would receive an email and I havent. It also said all sales are final with no returnes or exchanges.

I am concerned that Jill did not have any other information on the Terzetto bag posted on their website, or tell purchasers where to contact the seller. Why is there not a website or a place where they are sold listed on the internet? Is this a new company? Can we change our mine if we purchased this bag? I have searched for info or a website about the Terzetto handbags. I can find nothing…no website, not offered in stores anywhere. Only thing google search turns up is the Jill’s deals and steals. I am beginning to wonder about the authenticity of this handbag. Also, the receipt did not include a website or contact address. Does anyone know anything about this bag or the manufacturer?
I was one of the “lucky” ones who was able to order the Terzetto handbag. There are so many brands I’ve never heard of that are good, that I put my trust in the Today Show that this was really a good deal. Good deals go fast, so I didn’t research it before I ordered. Since then, I’ve googled Terzetto handbags and nothing comes up. The money has already cleared my bank, so I’ll wait to see what I receive and if I receive the handbag promised. I’m old enough to know better… I hope my trust was not misplaced and I would’ve been luckier to have not been able to place an order.

I really hope that we are not all being scammed on these bags. I don’t care if this is a new designer, but I do expect a $400 dollar quality leather bag to arrive – not a cheap vinyl one.
I placed an order for the cuff and just received an email that they take 4 weeks or longer. I wouldn’t mind this so much if they hadn’t already charged my account for the merchandise. This is just bad business. You shouldn’t be charged for the merchandise until the item ships.
I agree! These deals always charge the card right away, but I FULLY agree that they should wait until the merch ships. That’s what good businesses do!
I was one of the lucky ones to get through on the Terzetto bag, and like you, was not happy that they charged CC immediately. I did get an email confirming order, but no way of tracking it. I noticed at the end of the receipt, there is a way to e-mail Terzetto Bags. So I did, asking if there is a way to track the order. I got an immediate response saying they are trying to ship order in 3-5 weeks, that they had over 20,000 orders and that I would receive an e-mail when it ships.
Almost sorry I ordered it…. hope it’s worth the wait!!!

I am in the same boat. Ordered one of the Kenneth Cole Jackets and heave heard nothing except an initial email that I would receive shipping info from UPS by Oct.3rd. You guessed it nothing. Have sent them emails (no reply) and the phone number listed (310)230-8245 is an answering machine that says to call later. They charged by account immediately. Is The Today Show aware of these problems?
Geeze. I don’t know how companies can continue to be so unresponsive when they charge people’s credit cards! I don’t know if the Today Show is aware of the problems, but as much as I hear from readers, they must be. (I would think.)

I have not heard anything from Bra company (they have not charged my account yet), but get update emails from Lisa Stewart (has charged my account) about every week or so, but get no specific ship date. Here is last email I received 10/06:

Re: BestBras order: Forgot to mention that I did get confirmation email on 09/20 confirming order, stating that my card would not be charged until order is shipped (again, which it has not been yet) and that it would take at least 4-6 weeks before shipped. So far it has been approx. 2 1/2 weeks, so I will wait another couple of weeks before I send email or watch my account to see if charged.

No – the email I got on 9/30/11 said that orders would ship October 20 – November 7th and to wait until 11/7 to inquire. The email went on to say they sold almost 20,000 bags. Tried to reach out to Today regarding prior purchase of Rebecca Beeson products. After waiting months for items, found them to be thin, flimsy and cheap looking…not to mention that I received the wrong size and the fit is weird and uncomfortable. After contacting them directly, was told that there are no other larger sizes to exchange and no refunds are allowed. Need assistance as this is unacceptable.

@Sue, I also got that first email on 9/22 stating the same thing. My account was debited last week and I received my Bras about a few days later. I’ll bet that you Bras are on their way pretty soon. My came very fast after they debited my bank account. They were delivered in my mailbox in a flat legal sized while ‘plasticy’ envelope. I believe that you will get yours really soon. I think I received mine on a Friday.

I will say that Lisa STewart continuously send e-mail updates that my order is still being processed. Eureka!!! My bag arrived…..would not say it is ‘worth’ anywhere close to $425.00 but for $65.00 it is ok. First impressions: zippers are not up to scratch for a supposed high end bag, bag is roomy, love the blue color – it has an oder which I hope is just from the leather being recently processed, could not find a country of origin nor any indication as to where the company that makes the purse operates….
Finally got my handbag. Jill, you should be embarrassed. This IS NOT a $425 bag. It MIGHT be a $65 dollar bag, but that’s it.

e-mail to notify me on the delivery date as I have read from other above. The info that I have found the Verizon wireless customer is not available….what is that about and why is it a Verizon #? It has been 6 weeks since I’ve placed the order and if I do not recieve the bag by Nov 7th (as some of the comments above has been informed) I will file a disbute with my credit card. The Terzetto handbag smells like the dodgeball balls we used to play with in grade school. Mine has a little “dent” in the “leather” on the front, probably from the zipper pull pushing on it during shipping. I know won’t do returns, but I wonder if they’ll exchange it?
I received my Terzetto purse today. I’m old enough to know “if it’s too good to be true, it’s too good to be true.” So, shame on me… There’s no way this purse is leather or worth $425.00. It looks like a vinyl purse sold at Target – if I’d been out shopping & had seen it, there’s no way I’d have bought it. I’m so disappointed in The Today Show. They let a lot of people down by endorsing a product that was misrepresented. No wonder they won’t except returns. That should’ve been one of the first flags that there was a problem. Never again….

I just received my Terzetto handbag! I got it in the grey and my daughter-in-law just got hers in black. They are the most soft leather. The quality is super! I received an e-mail when I placed the order and another indicating that they would be delivering them between October 30th through November 7th. I am very happy with the correspondence from the Today show and Terzetto. I will definitely be placing more orders with Jill’s Steals and Deals again. Keep “em coming!!

A flag did go up when they said no returns but since the Today Show was promoting this company, I thought it was credible. I’m hoping for the best.
I received my Terzetto bag Friday, Nov 4th. I purchased the gold one and I am pleased with it.
My issue is with the Ahh Bra. I ordered 2 sets. They charged $6.95 shipping for the 1st set and $4.95 for the second set, but mailed them both in the same package!
I had received an email from Ah Bra that the system crashed due to high demand but that my order would be processed.
I was not able to see my order total, nor did the email indicate any of this information.
Next time I will be more careful ordering
I saw the Terzetto bag online at Pink Mascara.com for $425.00 just this morning. It looks the same to me. I still think I got a really good deal til proven otherwise.

I have had a horrible experience with World’s Best Bra. At the time I ordered, the system was of course slow, and when I checked back, it appeared as if no order was finalized. So I replaced the order, with apparent success, although the only acknowledgement was that if you did not receive an acknowledgement, this email was serving as that. What a joke! The bras came, then a week later the 2nd order of bras came! So both had gone thru and now I am stuck with more bras than anyone needs! And of course, there are no returns, even though it was their website’s fault that the order was placed twice. I am thinking of stopping payment via my credit card and contacting the BBB. And the phone operators say that this was a “contractual obligation with NBC” so there is “no way” they can refund the money. I have ordered from S+D in the past, and might continue, but only with companies that seem on the up and up from the word go, AND will be sure NOT to place a 2nd order.
I’m so frustrated! I do believe the Terzetto Company is a scam! I too placed my order on 9/20. Tried calling the # and it noted that the mailbox was full. Also tried to email and it doesn’t allow me to inquire about my purchase. Sounds like some of you have received your bag…I haven’t even received communication that it’s on it’s way??? Any suggestions of what I should to do?
Several people were told delivery would be by Nov 7. If you can’t reach the company directly, personally I would wait til Monday and then I would dispute the charge with my CC. That would be my personal recommendation, I think you have been plenty patient. Time to put your CC to work for you.
Just received my Terzetto purse. I got the blue, which is very nice. I’m happy with my purchase, but like others, I don’t see where it’s worth $425. But then again, I don’t see where any purse is worth that amount. So, for $65 I’m satisfied, just wish it didn’t take so long.
I just received my bras today. Holy smokes, I don’t see how they can say these are “world’s best bras”! Junk, junk, junk! They’re like the world’s cheapest sports bras. Very disappointed. Maybe Jill should only put thing on her steals and deals she would actually buy. I’m sorry I wasted $20 on these.
Ordered the blue bag from Terzetto and receivede e-mail that my orde was received and would ship in 3-5 weeks, then I got an e-mail 4 weeks later stating orders should be shipped by Nov 7th. I have not heard anything since. I e-mailed to follow up on my order. My account was charged for the purchase but I have not received any e-mail that my bag has been shipped and I obviously have not received it yet. I am going to try calling the number posted here or contact my credit card if I do not receive any additional information by the end of the week
Received my brown bag from Terzetto today. It arrived exactly when the email said it would arrive. It is not what I expected. The leather is soft but doesnt look like a high end quality bag. It is, however, decent for $65.00 but I’m sorry I was deceived into thinking I was getting a $400+ quality bag. We all should have known better, if an offer sounds too good to be true, then it really is. I learned not to trust the steals and deals on the GMA show.
Sara, it really is bad isn’t it? Something should be done this. If you go to their website, they even have wallets for $400+. It’s sad.
Sara & Gale – you are bring up something that we all need to be reminded of (even though we are smart women) – if the deal looks too good to be true – it is….walk away!! I will NEVER buy anything offered on Jill’s Steal’s & Deals. The upside is that the bag is fine for $65.00.
Just recieved my Lisa Stewert bracelets today and am not at all pleased. Even for $25, they are cheap looking and one has nicks all around the engraved initial. I was going to give one as a gift, but am too embarrassed by the poor quality. There is no way these would retail for $125.
After reading all the other posts,I have to say that another family member was disappointed with the quality of the bras. The Today Show should be ashamed.
I received my Terzatto bag, in the grey snakeskin. It feels like faux leather very thin. I am really not sure if it is leather or not, there was nothing indicating if it was. the dustbag is almost like paper. I dont think I would have even paid $30 if I had seen before purchase. Very poor quality in the zipper too. I dont see how this company will sell any bags at $400+….
Disappointed to hear the poor comments about the Lisa Stewart leather bracelets. I ordered one for myself and a few as gifts. I have been eagerly awaiting mine and had hoped the others would make a nice Christmas gift. It’s awful to wait nearly 2months only to be disappointed. Having said this… i haven’t received any of the four i ordered. I continue to wait patiently but nearly as excited about their arrival.
I’m still waiting on my Lisa Stewart bracelet. I think it’s close to 6 weeks now since I ordered it. After repeated email attempts at contacting company, I sent an angry email recently to try getting the status of my order. Last week I received a call from Lisa herself apologizing for the long delay. Her response was that she didn’t anticipate selling over 30,000 of these and will try to get clarification from her shipper to track down my item. I question why anyone wouldn’t expect to sell thousands of product when you advertise on national t.v. & when it’s just a few months before Christmas.?? I just received an email on Monday that said more orders are going out but I have no idea if that means I will get MY order. I really hope the bracelet is worth it & of good quality. Anyone out there happy with their bracelet?
I ordered the Terzetto handbag as soon as it came out on the show (Sept 20th) & I just got it last week (November) & I’d like to return it as it’s too small & doesn’t seem to be a great quality, however, the sale was final so I’ll have to maybe give this purse as present to someone? I don’t know but I thought this deal would be much better….disappointed.
I ordered two bags. One bag is fine but the lining of the other bag is bunched up and stitched to the purse and will not lay down at all. Very disappointed. Would like my money back or a quick replacement as these were Christmas gifts. I tried emailing but just got an auto-reply. Lisa please reply!
I ordered 4 Terzetto bags as gifts. The quality is average/below average. The shoulder straps are made of thin leather and are not wide enough…the straps would be more appropriate for a clutch bag not a satchel style bag. The solid pebbled leather bags (got 3) are of slightly better quality than the rust patterned bag I received. The leather on the patterned bag was already dry and cracking from the way the bag was packed (folded over flat and stuffed into a box with the other 3 bags). All the bags reek of a chemical smell that has yet to diminish after 6 days. These bags were definitely not designer quality. The retail cost is laughable and based on the poor quality, I do not see the $60 price of these bags a “deal.” First and last time I will buy something suggested by Today’s show Jill. She really should explain herself on this one…she has no credibility whatsoever with me.
I recevied my bag a few days ago and I absolutely love it. The price was wonderful and I love the color, I got the brown, I wish I got the bracelet also. I have received so compliments on my new bag and I am very satisfied. Thank you!
I received mineyesterday, 5 weeks after ordering . It’s soft, the real leather, attractive. The zipper is cheap, the shoulder strap at its shortest is too long and there is so much material in the lining that I have to pin it back. I guess I have to take the good and the bad. Would I buy from Jill’s Steals and Deals again? Unlikely.
After waiting 6 weeks I received my bag today.I just wanted to comment that I e-mailed and called the number I saw posted on this comment board and I was pleasantly surprised that my phone call was returned and my e-mail was responded to with a ship date and tracking number. I wish it wouldn’t have taken so long, but overall I am satisfied. Would I ever purchase from Jill’s steal and deals again? No. We should have been told upfront how long it would take to recieve, if I could have cancelled my order,I would have.

NOOOOOOO!! They have the worst customer service! After waiting several weeks I emailed them back to check on the order ( I did get a conformation email- but that is it) they responded back several days later and asked me to call the 800 customer service number, after trying and being disconnected 4 times I finally was able to to talk to someone who said there was a problem with the credit card. They “tried to charge it 5 x’s but it did not go trhu” the cc company tells me a different story and there is no reason it should not have gone thru unless it was an error on their end. The cust. service person said they would be happy to reorder them at $89 plus shipping . I am glad to know that apparently hundreds of other people had the same experience and those few that actualy got them say they are horrible so maybe we really are the lucky ones? But their customer service sucks!! It was just a big waste of time!!!!!
@ Laura: Yes I did receive my bracelet and it is beautiful. I love it and so does everyone else who has seen it. The leather is very soft. I got the silver with my first initial “J” on it. It is very nice and look forward to wearing it again soon.
As for the bras, I see that others did not like them. I love them, however. They are very comfortable. I am not very ‘big’ at the top, so maybe that’s why I like them so much. I only ordered 1 set, but wish I had ordered 2 for the price. I really lover wearing them either just around the house or out. I forget I have them on, but give me a good lift.
The Bra deal is a bummer! I see others have had the same problem! I have been waiting for them to come and today they tell me there was a problem with the order but they would reorder them for me I just have to pay $90 and shipping! Give me a break this! So if you don’t have yours yet good luck!

I was emailing them at CSToday@worldsbestbra.com and had no luck. They told me that I could buy a regular price. I called them and they asked for my correct credit card number and said it would take up to 14 business days and no problem. I got them the other day but haven’t tried them on yet. Customer service was great but I was trying very hard myself to be nice and not yell which I usually do.

I never received the 2 sets of Bras that I ordered. After a month or so I decided that possibly the order did not go through. Today as I was cleearing the top of my desk off, I happened upon a email receipt CSToday for my order of 2 Best Bra Basic Sets L for $37.80. I called the Tel No and got someone in India or God knows where. They had no record and suggested that I check the US Postal Service. Well you know the answer to that contact. They couldn’t find it, Duh!
What do I do now??????
I hate to say this but that Best Bra company is a scam. They charged me for two orders when I only placed one. I called the CS which is in India was told when the second order comes to return to sender unopened which the postmaster did. They did not credit me so I opened a dispute through my C.C. company and they replied that the orders are not returnable (but I didnt order the duplicate!!!) After talking to India again they just kept repeating the deal is not returnable then hung up…good luck you’ll need it. They are really rude and they dont care!!!! I was stuck with the original order and now I am being charged for another duplicate order I dont even have! I will never ever order from the Today show deals again. Lousy quality to boot!

WARNING!! Watch out for some of these supposed “Deals” from Jill’s Steals & Deals. I got sucked in and bought the Terzetto bag from them last November. I just got around to using it on my vacation this week. This was supposedly a $425 handbag, that I got a great “deal” on for $65 plus $15 shipping and CA sales tax bringing it to $86.00 When I got it in, it looked like cheap plastic and was poorly constructed, but these sales are all Final Sales. Well, I set it aside until I was going on vacation and decided to use it. It last all of TWO DAYS before the shoulder strap broke rendering it useless. I am SOOOOOO angry about this piece of junk handbag and the inconvenience it put me through on vacation. Also funny to know that there is NO address, phone number or real info about them on their site. Their service was horrible from the start. The “deal” was actually shown in September – they immediately charged my credit card, but it took until November until I actually got this junk – and only after writing to them asking where it was AFTER I already had to pay for it. I think Jill needs to check out her “Deals” a whole lot better before she includes them on her segments. I for one will NEVER bite for one of these again.

I ordered two packages of fragrances back in October. I bought them for stocking stuffers…they were very reasonable and had fun names. I can’t remember what they were called. They were stick like bottles I believe with 5 in each package.
