Tis the season for Christmas cards. That time of year when friends and family far and wide send pictures of the little ones so you can see how much everyone has grown. I LOVE IT! I love photo cards, and I actually save them all (really, you should see my box of Christmas cards past), but wouldn’t it be great if friends and family far away could see your kids in action? There’s nothing like video to capture your baby’s first steps, hear their voices as they sing the ABCs or experience the shear joy of learning to ride a bike. Wouldn’t you like to capture those moments in a Christmas card? Thanks to Scenely, now you can.
Before you tune me out thinking this is too complicated, let me assure you the process is dumby proof and quick. (Yes, if you hurry, you can get it done in time for the big day.)
Scenely a cool site that turns your videos and photos into movies. From as short as you want to as long as you can handle. (Hint, for Christmas cards, think short.) They do all the work, all you have to do is gather your fav video snippets and snapshots, upload them to the site, choose a few basic design options and sit back and wait. When your video arrives you can easily download it to your computer (to save forever) and then email everyone a link to your video to see your Christmas video. Scenely loves social media and has even included buttons for Facebook and YouTube making sharing your video as easy as a click. I was really impressed with how smoothly the process runs. Plus, you can send a video Christmas card for just $20. (In the world of photo cards, that’s nothing – $20 only buys postage for 45 Christmas cards not to mention the cost of the cards!)
So, without further ado, here is my Christmas card to you:
