I love all things Disney, and I am SO excited about the announcement of Disney’s 2010 promotion. Obviously, I had a fantastic time taking advantage of Disney’s Year of Celebrations, and I have been wondering what was in store for 2010. The answer is even better than I hoped, the 2010 promotion is called Give a Day, Get a Disney Day .
Basically, Disney will be giving out a free ticket to Disney to those who volunteer a day of service to one of the participating service organizations. Disney is hoping to inspire 1 million people to volunteer a day of service.
What an amazing concept, what a great way to bring people back to serving their community. I can’t wait to see the list of participating organizations so I can figure out what I am going to do in 2010! Maybe we can make it a family event!
