What could you use more of in the mornings?
For me, that’s an easy question. Time and sleep, and since sleep really just goes back to time what I really need more of is time. Every morning we drag ourselves out of bed to rush, rush, rush to the bus. Sure, I have tried waking earlier (yawn), but even when I do that I feel like that last few minutes are a scramble.
In fact, we woke up 15 minutes before the bus this week and still made the bus. So riddle me this, why then do we feel so rushed when we normally wake 45 minutes before the bus comes?
