My favorite dish is the Jerk Chicken Pasta (Sliced jerk chicken breast, fresh asparagus and mushrooms tossed in a Parmesan cream sauce with bow-tie pasta), which I highly recommend. And my husband can’t pass up the Coconut Shrimp. It’s five o’clock somewhere, right?
