After more than 1500 entries, 25 were chosen to create a video, and out of the 25, 5 finalists were chosen for the public to vote for a winner in the Decade of Kissimmee Memories contest. This week Brooke Shuff’s video was announced as the winner. In her video, she featured her adorable children, and their desire to get away from the snow in Michigan to enjoy the sunshine and fun in beautiful Kissimmee!
Brook and her family have won 10 years of week-long vacation accommodations at the beautiful Westgate Vacation Villas in Kissimmee, Florida, as well as round-trip airfare and a rental car for their stay.
Even though Brooke walked away with the grand prize, all five families (along with myself and 14 fellow bloggers) enjoyed four days filled with tons of fun experiences and activities that Kissimmee has to offer, including: four days and three nights at the fabulous Westgage Vacation Villas, a delicious dinner at Charley’s Steakhouse, a character breakfast with Shrek at Gaylord Palms resort, an exciting air boat ride with lunch and a gator presentation at Boggy Creek Airboat Rides, an edge-of-your-seat dinner show at Arabian Nights, an overabundance of fun at the fantabulous Seaworld–including riding on their newest attraction; Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, and MUCH more!
It was quite a mini vacation. And as if all that was not enough, at the delicious luncheon an additional surprise was revealed: ALL four runner ups get a FREE week-long stay at any Westgate resort! How cool is that?? I thought it was a class act, and it made me love Westgate Resorts even more than I already did!
If you want to have an exciting vacation filled with laughter, fun, and lifelong happy memories, Kissimmee, FL. is the destination to achieve it!
