Ordered 2 watches from May 28th.shop via the GMA offer. Order placed August 2nd – and still have not received the watches. However, they were quick to charge the credit card. Charged credit card before they shipped. Stated 2-4 weeks for delivery – today marks 4 weeks. Where are my watches? Contacted them twice only to hear it takes 4 weeks to deliver. If I have not received the watches within the next week I will request the credit card company to cancel the charge. Bad customer service, will not use GMA’s offers again nor will I recommend May 28th.
I ordered 2 watches from May28th as well. Have contacted the company because I have no watches, but they charged my credit card. This is the 3rd order from Steals and Deals I have placed and the other two were delivered promptly. Now I am hesitant to do it again.
