It is hard to believe that my one-month-old baby who currently just lays there will be on the move and in need of entertainment in just a few short months. Oh how time flies. When she is ready, I will be ready for her with the new VTech 2-in-1 Discovery table. From a mini counting keyboard, to gears that turn, this activity table has tons of colors lights and buttons to explore. When she is ready for something new, the discovery table flips over (mom assistance needed) and becomes a drawing table complete with a cup to keep those pesky crayons from rolling away. (Little ones can enjoy the table’s musical melody when either side is in use.)
From VTech:
The 2-in-1 Discovery Table is an innovative electronic learning toy that easily adapts to your child’s various activities. When your baby is feeling artistic, they can sit at the drawing desk and doodle to their heart’s desire. When they want to play with more guidance, the table easily converts into an activity center featuring a piano key ruler, book, clock, shape buttons, gears, and a turning pencil cup that make sounds and light up with your baby’s touch. Your child will learn about colors, counting, numbers, shapes and more!
Why I Love It – The 2-in-1 discovery table is fun for little ones and a space saver for mom, and as I survey the overflowing toys in this house belonging to my oldest, I am all about saving space. Another thing that mom loves is that the crayon cup snaps on to either side, so you don’t have to worry about loosing it when the drawing side is not in use (just make sure you put the crayons up or your little one might color the wrong side!). With two volume settings, you can keep it in quite mode for your sanity or turn it up if the chaos becomes too noisy for your little one to hear it. The lights, sounds, colors and interactive buttons to push, turn and flip keep little ones entertained and happy, which keeps mom happy too.
Buy It – The 2 in 1 Discovery Table from VTech is available on Amazon for $39.99 (free shipping).
Great Gift For – Because the table is raised off the ground on legs (in the shape of cute teddy bears), babes need to be able to stand to reach the interactive table top. The box suggests tots 12 – 36 months, but early standers may enjoy this sooner than 12 months as well.
I am excited that VTech is participating in The Suburban Mom’s Holiday Gift Guide. In addition to all of the other fabulous prizes, the winner will win a VTech 2-in-1 Discovery Table!
