4Ever Princess took the money out of the account on March 8th with an email stating the product would ship in 1-3 weeks. That would be in time for Easter. It has been 3 weeks and now they say it will be another 3 weeks. I asked for a refund, and they refuse. I feel they either took our money to fund their business or just took our money period. Is there ANYTHING the today show people are willing to do to help us not get taken advantage of after purchasing an item.
wow! I have been checking the mail everyday. I was wondering what was going on. I ordered 4 dresses, and did not even receive an e-mail but the money was already charged to my card!! I can’t believe its going to be another few weeks ater its already been a month! Where did you get this information? Thanks
I also ordered a dress from 4 Ever Princess…same story…they took my money, but I have no dress. I think it must be a scam. Lesson learned…….don’t order from Today Show specials. It certainly doesn’t save money when you do not receive merchandise.

I ordered the leather keyboard cases for ipad minis along with a couple of iphone cases on March 6th and have not received them yet. I have sent two emails which have not been responded to – I’m still hoping they come but it’s been 3 weeks since they deducted the money from my account……..

I ordered an Iphone case/charger on March 6th. The money came out of my account on the 7th, and I have a confirmation number. I have not received the case, and I have not received an email in regards to the order.
I also ordered the Iphone case/Charger on March 6th and not received my order to date. Planned as Easter presents. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if not solved immedIately!
I ordered and received the Red Kenneth Cole convertible purse which came damaged. I have emailed the email address given on my receipt twice and have received no response. I would never order from Jill’s Steals and Deals again. There is no recourse if the item is damaged.

Ordered the 4ever princess dress sets -two for my grand daughters for Easter. Still have not received them, but my account was charged the full amount weeks ago. This is extremely bad business practice….do not buy from this company!
I ordered 4 bracelets from soul journey march 6th, my credit card was charged march 6th and this is april 11th and I still have not received the bracelets. I think steals and deals are a rip-off.
I ordered 2 dress sets fron 4everprincess on march 6, 2013 from the today show promo jills steals and deals. My account was charged $49.40 and I have received no merchandise. I keep getting emails from the company saying they are shipping soon. I called their California office and cannot get through to a reason, just automated messages which by the way gave me a bogus email address to air my complaint at. The bogus address is info@asfragrancecorp.com
What a scam! And I am still out the money and my grand daughters have no aster present. The today show should be ashamed to host such a scam. What are you going to do?

For what it’s worth. I’ve ordered many times from Jill’s Steals and Deals and have received every item I ordered. Sometimes it took a bit especially when they were items that ended up selling out, but I always got my order. Hope that helps.
